Hi, I'm Jessica Lagrone! 

I'm a certified doula (DONA) and certified childbirth educator (CAPPA) serving the Northwest Arkansas region. I am passionate about educating moms about birth and postpartum, empowering them with evidence-based techniques, and advocating for them during labor. I have experience with a wide variety of births and know how personal it is for each mom. I look forward to hearing how I can help you achieve your goals!
